Prices shown on our website, both of the books and shipping costs are expressed in euros and include a 4% VAT. In cases where no appropriate levy VAT (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and countries outside the European Union) Kronos Center reimburse that amount. For purchases from countries outside the European Union, Kronos Center will undertake taxes in individual countries, tariffs or customs clearance costs. Kronos Center reserves the right to make, at any time and without notice, the changes it deems appropriate and may update, even daily, the prices of books depending on the requirements of the supplier to which they belong or the exchange rate of various currencies, in the case of books from countries with currency other than the euro.

Kronos Center reserves the right not to serve an order if by force majeure could not do it, in which case you know as soon as possible, dirigiéndole a message to your e-mail address or mailing address from which carry out the order. If the purchase has already been charged to your credit card, Kronos Center will refund their entire amount.

The use by the client of our services, presupposes, in any case, the acceptance of the conditions described above.

CLAIMS

If you receive a book defective or wrong, have a period of 15 days from the date of receipt, to communicate to its claim Kronos Center. After that period, Kronos Center does not guarantee the refund.
